Time Cicle
The project explores the relationship between reading and landscape, a review through the contemporary look of the natural environment and the detection of soundscapes. As Monet drew a vision of time capturing the light of the Cathedral of Rouen, the passage of time affects the climatology of an ecosystem, transforming the vision we have of it, but the most important is the mutation of the visual and sound environment who accompanies him.
The project aims to generate a visual wall through photographs of the same ecosystem, capturing the changes produced by the evolution of time. The compilation of a sound file will allow the generation of 4 electro-acoustic pieces, which will form an album in which the variations of the environment and the landscape will appear according to the seasons of the year. These pieces will maintain a dialogue linked to the images obtained.
The work will close with the realization of video, in which recited the verses of John Keats who have intervened during the realization of the project. Texts read for nature every morning in these places.
Four Seasons fill the measure of the year;
There are four seasons in the mind of man:
He has his lusty Spring, when fancy clear
Takes in all beauty with an easy span:
He has his Summer, when luxuriously
Spring's honied cud of youthful thought he loves
To ruminate, and by such dreaming high
Is nearest unto heaven: quiet coves
His soul has in its Autumn, when his wings
He furleth close; contented so to look
On mists in idleness—to let fair things
Pass by unheeded as a threshold brook.
He has his Winter too of pale misfeature,
Or else he would forego his mortal nature.
